The Science of Anticay® Tooth Powder
The mouth is a demanding environment. Everyday exposure to acidic foods and drinks, together with normal oral processes, can shift the mineral balance at the tooth surface.
Research into remineralisation has established the importance of calcium, phosphate, saliva and pH in maintaining the mineral balance of tooth enamel.
ANTICAY® Tooth Powder combines New ANTICAY® technology with hydroxyapatite in a formulation designed to support the mineral environment of the tooth surface.
New ANTICAY® provides soluble calcium and phosphate, while hydroxyapatite is a calcium-phosphate mineral closely related to the mineral phase of natural tooth enamel.
A mineral-focused oral-care approach
The formulation has been developed for daily oral care with a focus on mineral availability, enamel care and a clean, smooth mouthfeel.
Mineral support: Provides calcium and phosphate in a readily available form to support the oral mineral environment.
Enamel-focused formulation: Hydroxyapatite provides a mineral phase compatible with the composition of tooth enamel.
Daily use: Designed as a practical fluoride-free oral-care product for routine use.
